This is a stick built house that we built for a couplet that lost their house to the flood of Helene. The house is a stick built house with smart board siding on the exterior with batten strips to make the board n batten look. The interior is all 1x12 tongue and groove wood. The floor joists for the 2nd floor are 4x8 white pine beams.
